Ferris, Don’t Break My Heart

I woke up this morning and had at least four messages from my brother. This was really odd since my brother usually doesn’t text me unless it’s really important. Thinking that someone had died or something catastrophic had happened, I checked them before I even got out of bed. But no, it was four frantic messages telling me that I MUST check out this amazing youtube video. Thinking it was going to be one of those stupid “Look real close” then a zombie pops up videos, I was skeptical. (My brother is still the type that would do that to poor unsuspecting bloggers who have just woken up.)

When I clicked on the link however, I saw Matthew Broderick’s face. Intrigued I watched this nine second clip. I literally bolted out of bed (yes, bolted, I’m using the world literally correctly here) and began dancing around. It took me about six subsequent views to fully appreciate what I was experiencing. Yes, I know it’s just an ad for the Superbowl, but that’s probably better as a sequel to one of my favorite movies of all time would probably break my heart.

I’m in love with Ferris Bueller. I have been since I was a tot. That’s why my brother was so anxious for me to see this particular clip. After I did my little giddy, happy dance of heart attack inducing joy, I knew I had to share it with you.

Is it bad that I’ll watch the superbowl just for this?

Greetings! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting sick and tired of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be fantastic if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
