Meet Sharron Angle
A member of the Tea Party movement, Angle recently won the Nevade Senate GOP nomination for the chance to go up against current U.S. Senator and Bud Selig’s twin-brother, Harry Reid.
Some things about Sharron Angle? Well, good thing you’re asking me. Angle recently shut down the issues section of her personal website, making the site virtually useless except for tweeting, facebooking, and donating money.
However, we at EM!! have learned Angle is against abortion, supports phasing out Social Security in favor of a privatized retirement system, wants to defund ObamaCare, blah-blah-blah… typical Tea Party stuff.
Oh, and she’s also against fluoride.
That’s right. Fluoride.
The new Republican Nevada Senate candidate once spoke out strongly against fluoride, the substance that provides “a safe and healthy way to effectively prevent tooth decay.” As an assemblywoman in Reno, Angle once “sought to postpone (a) vote so she could add an amendment to block fluoridation in Washoe County.”
When reporting on the issue, the Review-Journal was quoted as saying that Angle “simply does not like fluoride.”
So much so that she apparently proposed a law to outlaw it.
In this great, but hardly perfect, nation of ours, we’ve seen candidates who were adulterers. We’ve seen candidates who were bigots. We’ve seen candidates who were thieves. But this writer can’t remember a public political figure who was so very clearly an Anti-Dentite.
But hey, at least we’re still better than Turkey.
Other note-worthy issues Angle supports:
- She has sought to outlaw alcohol (An issue viewed as even more ridiculous when you consider that she’s in NEVADA).
- Angle supports a prison rehabilitation program that involves massages, saunas, and has a chief supporter in the Church of Scientology.
- Angle has stated on record that it is unforgivable and wrong for both parents to hold jobs simultaneously (Angle has yet to comment on whether a single-parent is allowed to have two jobs).
Where do they find these people (Sharon Angle)?
I used to argue with these ‘John Birchers’ back in the 50′s and 60′s. I had always hoped that they ‘died out’! Evidently someone turned over the rock.

Modern science indicates that ingesting fluoride is ineffective at reducing tooth decay and harmful to health. After 65 years of adding fluoride chemicals into U.S. public water supplies (fluoridation) costing big cities, alone, tens of millions of dollars, yearly – tooth decay is still a national epidemic as described by the US Surgeon General and US children have died from the consequences of untreated tooth decay.
Instead of spreading less tooth decay across the country as enjoyed (and predicted to) in naturally calcium fluoridated US communities, the silicofluorides used in artificial fluoridation have spread dental fluorosis (discolored teeth) across the land. The CDC says up to 48% of US school children now sport dental fluorosis from ingesting too much fluoride, which opens up the potential for lawsuits at taxpayers’ expense. See:

Fluoridation is probably the biggest medical blunder of all time – no matter what your political affiliation.
Yeah, apparently all of the rest of the world has now bailed out on flouride in their water, starting with Germany and Spain, UK, France, Italy and now everybody but the US. You have to wonder, they aren’t all fools.
